Grandma Juanita's Chicken & Dumplings

Boil a chicken, pick it clean of all bones.
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 large can of chicken broth
3-4 sticks of celery, diced fine
1 small bag of baby carrots
4-5 potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
Salt & Pepper

Place all into a large pot. Soup will thicken more as it is cooking. (water can be added to thin, if desired)
Cook on med-high heat until carrots are soft. Several hours are best to blend flavors.

Dumplings:
2.5 cups of Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cups of Milk

SOUP MUST BE BOILING ON A HIGH BOIL TO START DUMPLINGS!!!

Directions:
Mix Buisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by spoonfuls into boiling soup.
IMPORTANT: cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes. Cover & Cook 10 minutes longer.

This is the yummiest chicken & dumpling's I've ever had...now if only Grandma Juanita was here to make it, it would be a good life.

    Rob's Famous BBJ
    1. Take two slice of preferable white bread make sure its fresh, place in on a papper tail.
    2. Get you some good ole Peter Pan apply on one slice of the bread (Generoiusly)
    3. Now on the next slice of bread apply a nice healthy portion of Welch's Grape Jelly.
    4. Place the two slice together.
    5. Now we suggest before you indulge in this Rob's BBJ special that you pour yourself about a 12 oz glass of milk. Shove the entire sandwich in your mouth then chase with milk. Make sure to check in next week for another recipe. I got to go now and make a BBJ
